History of the TSRC

This group was an unincorporated professional association. In 1978 the group was incorporated and a charter was filed with the Tennessee Secretary of State under the name Tennessee Society for Respiratory Therapy. In 1995 an amendment to the charter was filed with the Secretary of State changing the name to the Tennessee Society for Respiratory Care, Inc.
