Dear Prospective Exhibitor:

You are invited to join the Tennessee Society for Respiratory Care (TSRC) on April 20th & 21st, 2017 for our Annual State Convention & Exhibition at the Music City Center located in Nashville, Tennessee.

In recent years, we have experienced continuous growth in the numbers of participants, exhibitors and registrants alike. For this reason, the board has made the decision to move the convention to the Middle Tennessee area, which will allow for the entire State and the surrounding area to attend. Nashville is one of the hottest tourist spots in the nation, and we plan on capitalizing on this popularity to make this the largest TSRC event ever!!!

We sincerely appreciate your support and for this reason we have scheduled nothing else during vendor exhibit time. On both Thursday & Friday we will provide food, beverages and door prizes in the exhibit area which will further encourage seminar registrants to visit each of the exhibitors.

If your company permits, we strongly encourage each vendor to donate a door prize (up to $50.00 in value). Door prizes will be given away in the exhibitor area during vendor sessions. Some ideas for door prizes include: gift card(s), basket(s), spa package(s), beverage(s) of choice, etc. Please provide your door prize when you are picking up your vendor badge at the vendor registration desk.

ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS: Please evaluate your electrical requirements and make arrangements prior to the meeting. If you require electrical power at your booth, there will be an addition charge of $115.00. This is the amount the Music City Center charges for each individual booth that needs power. Outlets are limited and we will accommodate you on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis. Please make arrangements ASAP! There could be additional charges for last minute requests. For your convenience, you can register and pay for the booth you need below by selecting NO ELECTRICAL or WITH ELECTRICAL.
